- Ballots: will be included with the annual meeting packet in late September.
- Voting: happens at the annual meeting in October.
The current Board is made up of 5 Owners. 3 of the 5 have have been “appointed” – not voted in by the Owners. How many appointments should a Board be allowed to make? Should there be special elections to fill these positions? Why did 3 Board members resign within 3 years?
Serving on a Board is hard work and time consuming. We need candidates (3) to run for the Board so that we can replace the individuals whose terms are up and clearly sound like they have reached their expiration date.

Governing Documents
- Implementing a nominating committee for board candidates seems like the board is gathering more power and control. Why is this being pursued? Why was this major change omitted from the summary document listing changes?
- There appear to be many errors and contradictions with no opportunity to address them. What can we do about that?
Fitness Center
- How does it compare to FCTF recommendation and why were changes made or pieces omitted?
- Are the locker rooms, sauna and steam room being addressed? Weren’t those part of the reserve plan?
- I heard a request for a nicer floor in the studio space that was very inexpensive but denied. Why?
